Gadgets can be Good or Bad

We all know that a lot of people in the world migrate to other countries to earn money for their families and the only things that lets them communicate and let them see each other is  through the internet and through gadgets, smartphones, etc. Apart from communication, gadgets are becoming part of our lives, in the sense of becoming our everyday tool for everything. We use it to watch videos, post our insights and opinions on websites, we use it to look for what we need in our life and we play games with our gadgets too. So I think that we are not complete when we are not using our gadgets.

This year’s values month theme, "Mapanuring Paggamit ng Gadget: Tungo sa Mapagkalingang Ugnayan sa Pamilya at Kapwa." I think that  tells us that gadgets are truly importang in our lives but we must use these properly and we must not put these on top of our family. People use their gadgets and forget about their priorities and responsibilities with their families. They get addicted and they forget to spend time with their families. We must remember that family is more important than these gadgets that gives satisfaction only. Family gives you love, care and gives you time, but gadgets are just like drugs, when you get too addicted, your attention will be on that gadget and you will forget about everything. So we must use these gadgets wisely, we must limit the time we spend on playing and spend more time with our family because gadgets can break but the love that your family gives you is eternal.

We should value our relationship with our family and we can use the gadgets to post the memories that we share with our family because as we all know time is precious and time is gold so let spend more time with our families and make more memories together.
